By purchasing from or using A.P.O.L.O. ("APOLO," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all customers, memorial page owners, and visitors.
APOLO provides a physical 3D-printed QR code medallion linked to a hosted memorial webpage. The memorial page is intended to honor a deceased individual and may contain photos, text, audio, and other media uploaded by the purchaser.
Upon purchase you will receive a private edit link containing a unique secret key. This key grants full editing access to your memorial page. You are responsible for keeping it safe. You may share it with family members or others you trust — anyone with the link can edit the page. APOLO is not responsible for unauthorized edits resulting from a shared or compromised key.
If your QR code medallion is ever lost, stolen, broken, or damaged, contact us and we will replace it. You will only be charged for the cost of materials and shipping & handling — we will never charge you full price for a replacement. Your memorial page and all its content remains intact and is not affected by a physical replacement.
You agree that all content uploaded to your memorial page will:
You retain ownership of all photos, text, and media you upload. By uploading content, you grant APOLO a non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of operating your memorial page. We will never sell, share, or use your content for any other purpose.
APOLO reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service without prior notice. Repeated or egregious violations may result in the memorial page being taken offline. We are not obligated to monitor content but will act on violations that are reported to us.
Your memorial page is hosted for life with a single one-time purchase. There are no recurring fees, subscription charges, or renewal costs — ever. As long as APOLO exists, your page exists.
APOLO is not liable for any loss of content due to technical failure, though we take every reasonable precaution to protect your data. We are not responsible for user-generated content posted on memorial pages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will always post the date of the last update at the top of this page.
If you have questions about these terms, the replacement policy, or need to report a content violation, please contact us through the APOLO website.
